About the programs

Certification built on the Presilience® approach

These programs extend the Presilience® approach into short, intensive professional certifications — each developing a distinct capability that senior risk and leadership professionals rely on to perform in volatile environments.

Delivered through interactive, instructor-led workshops, every program combines organizational psychology, behavioral science, risk intelligence and real-world practice. Rather than treating risk as a compliance exercise, participants learn how judgment, culture and leadership shape everyday decisions and organizational outcomes.

Each certification stands on its own, and together they form a coherent pathway across risk culture, decision quality and adaptive leadership.

The three certifications

Choose the capability you want to build

Every program runs over four days (16 hours total) with the same delivery options and certification outcomes. What changes is the focus — culture, decision quality, or leadership.

CPRCHP

Certified Professional in Risk Culture & High Performance

Build risk cultures that improve decision-making, adaptability and sustainable performance. This program introduces the principles of Presilience®, organizational psychology, risk intelligence and the Organizational Risk Culture Standard (ORCS) — showing how culture shapes everyday decisions, leadership behaviors and organizational outcomes rather than treating it as a compliance exercise.

What you'll learn

  • Explain risk culture as a stactical capability that connects strategic intent with operational decision-making
  • Assess risk culture using the Organizational Risk Culture Standard (ORCS) and evidence-based maturity models
  • Identify behavioral and systemic barriers that limit adaptability and high performance
  • Apply Presilience® principles to strengthen decision quality in complex environments
  • Design practical action plans and indicators that track cultural change over time

Who should attend

Leaders and managers, governance, risk and compliance professionals, internal auditors, and HR and organizational development practitioners responsible for improving performance, resilience and culture.

CPRIDQ

Certified Professional in Risk Intelligence & Decision Quality

Develop the mindset and applied attributes needed to make better decisions in uncertain, complex and rapidly changing environments. The program introduces Risk Intelligence — the ability to perceive, interpret and respond effectively to uncertainty — and shows how judgment, perception, cognitive biases and intelligent risk appetite influence decisions at strategic, operational and personal levels.

What you'll learn

  • Explain the principles of Risk Intelligence and its role in improving decision quality
  • Distinguish decision quality from outcome quality when evaluating decisions
  • Apply uncertainty analysis to support better judgment in complex situations
  • Recognize and manage cognitive biases that influence thinking and decision-making
  • Apply intelligent risk appetite and the Presilience® framework to strengthen decisions

Who should attend

Executives, managers, risk professionals, governance and compliance practitioners, project leaders, and anyone responsible for making decisions in uncertain environments.

CPRLAS

Certified Professional in Risk Leadership & Adaptive Systems

Move beyond traditional risk management to develop the leadership capabilities required to navigate uncertainty, complexity and rapid change. Participants explore risk leadership, systems thinking, uncertainty analysis, intelligent risk appetite, cognitive bias management and the Presilience® framework — enabling higher-quality decisions and stronger organizational resilience in volatile, uncertain, complex, ambiguous and digitized (VUCAD) environments.

What you'll learn

  • Explain the principles of Risk Leadership and how they differ from traditional risk management
  • Apply systems thinking and context analysis to complex organizational challenges
  • Analyze uncertainty using qualitative and quantitative approaches to inform decisions
  • Recognize and manage cognitive biases that influence judgment and decision quality
  • Apply the Presilience® framework to anticipate disruption and improve adaptive performance

Who should attend

Executives, managers, risk professionals, governance and compliance practitioners, project leaders and decision-makers seeking to strengthen leadership effectiveness in uncertain environments.
