A modern qualification for leaders and high performers in a Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous world.
Presilience®, Leadership and High Performance is a modern qualification for the 21st century leader, offering internationally recognised accreditation through the Australian Skills Program and UK Level 5 Award Program.
With the world’s current Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous (VUCA) environment, never before has the demand on our ability to build not just resilience, but also Presilience®, within a team or organisation been so critical to long-term success.
Presilience® is effectively Risk Intelligence in practice. It is the mindset and approach that enables you to successfully prevent (where possible), prepare for, respond to, and recover from events, crises, or emergencies – whilst still being able to look for, identify and capitalise on opportunities.
Fundamentals of Presilience®
Situational awareness, vigilance and mindfulness
Effective and directive communication
Risk and enhanced decision making
