First Nations Australians Scholarship Placements
for the Presilience®, Leadership and High Performance program.
As a commitment to the continuing empowerment of emerging leaders, two scholarships (valued at $1,490 per scholarship) per course will be open to First Nations Australians on an ongoing basis.
We pay our respects to elders past, present and emerging, and hope that this training may help to further empower those courageous leaders in our community.
The Presilience®, Leadership and High Performance skills program can be mapped to either an Australian Skills Certificate or a UK Level 5 Management Award Qualification and covers the following subjects:
- Risk maturity for individuals and organisations
- Leading in the 21st Century
- Driving high performance in individuals, teams and organisations
- Situational awareness and vigilance
- How the skills of influence can be utilised to effect positive change
- Enhanced decision making in leadership and high-performance
- Implementing Presilience® principles into an organisation
It is delivered 100% online in four weekly sessions, with a new cohort starting each month.
