Certifications and Post-Nominals

The Institute of Presilience® (IoP) offers a structured certification framework that recognises expertise in organisational resilience, risk management, and high performance. These certifications establish professional credibility, enhance leadership growth, and provide a mark of distinction in the field of presilience.

Each certification is issued with a formal certificate and an identifying lapel pin, symbolising the holder’s achievement and commitment to ongoing professional development.

Certification Levels & Post-Nominals

Honorary Fellow


Post-Nominal: ChFInstP

Eligibility: Awarded to individuals who have made an outstanding contribution to the field of presilience.

Requirement: Bestowed by the Institute of Presilience as a recognition of exceptional contributions.

Annual CPD Requirement: Not applicable.

Chartered Fellow


Post-Nominal: ChFInstP

Eligibility:
  • Master's degree or PhD in a relevant discipline OR
  • Completion of both the Graduate Certificate in Organisational Resilience, Risk, and High Reliability (11056NAT) and the Graduate Diploma of Organisational Presilience, Risk and High Performance (11066NAT).
  • Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in presilience-related roles, or 5 years full-time equivalent, including at least 3 years at a senior level.
Requirement:
  • Completion of the Statical Skills program.
  • Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) may be available based on a portfolio of evidence and interview.
Annual CPD Requirement: Minimum 300 CPD points over a three-year period.

Membership Fee: $250 initially, then $300 every two years.

Certified Presilience Leader


Post-Nominal: CPL

Eligibility:
  • Completion of the Graduate Diploma of Organisational Presilience, Risk and High Performance (11066NAT) OR
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in presilience-related roles.
Requirement:
  • Completion of the Statical Skills program.
  • RPL available based on a portfolio of evidence and interview.
Annual CPD Requirement: Minimum 300 CPD points over a three-year period.

Membership Fee: $225 initially, then $250 every two years.

Registered Presilience Practitioner


Post-Nominal: RPP

Eligibility:
  • Completion of the Graduate Certificate in Organisational Resilience, Risk, and High Reliability (11056NAT) OR
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in presilience-related roles PLUS completion of the Statical Skills program.
Requirement:
  • RPL available based on a portfolio of evidence and interview.
Annual CPD Requirement: Minimum 180 CPD points over a three-year period.

Membership Fee: $200 initially, then $200 every two years.

CPD (Continuing Professional Development) Requirements

Maintaining certification requires ongoing professional development through structured learning, research, training, and leadership activities.

  • ChFInstP & CPL: Minimum 300 CPD points over three years (100 per year).
  • RPP: Minimum 180 CPD points over three years (60 per year).

Examples of CPD Activities:

  • Attending or presenting at industry conferences.
  • Completing relevant training or higher education.
  • Publishing industry research or articles.

Participating in mentoring programs.
