Upon successful completion of assessment requirements, participants are eligible for the following certifications:

OFQUAL Level 5 Management Award in Presilience®, Leadership & High Performance (UK)

Australian Nationally Recognised Skills Certificate including the following units:

  • BSBLDR411 – Demonstrate leadership in the workplace
  • RIIRIS301E – Apply risk management processes
  • BSBSTR401 – Promote innovation in team environments
  • BSBCRT311 – Apply critical thinking skills in a team environment
  • FNSPIM510 – Implement informed decision-making
  • RIICOM301E – Communicate information

Both qualifications are assessed by assignments. Students are required to submit four assignments between 800-1000 words, each that demonstrate their understanding of the unit topics.

  • Assignments are marked by one of our Expert Instructors and you will receive feedback on the work you have submitted.

There are no exams to be taken and assignments can be submitted 30 days from program start date making studying with the Institute of Presilience® a fantastic flexible learning option.

The post-nominal for this program is RPP – Registered Presilience® Practitioner.

Students can obtain the post-nominal by completing a 25 multiple choice question online knowledge test following the submission of their program assessment workbook. 

The registration of the post-nominal is included for the first 12 months and is AU$200.00 to re-register each following year.

This qualification has no prerequisites and is open to those with all levels of experience and skill.

Following the completion of this course, you will:

  • Have a workable understanding of the Presilience®-based approach.
  • Understand the challenges and opportunities facing Leadership in a VUCA world.
  • Be able to apply the principles of Enhanced Decision Making in practice.

  • Be able to apply Presilience® principles to drive high performance in yourself, your team/s and/or your organisation.
  • Understand how to effect positive cultural change.

  • Understand the importance and fundamentals of Risk Intelligence at the individual, team and organisational level.

  • Have a higher level of situational awareness and vigilance.
